Le Havre started out as a 28-acre Northeast Queens waterfront apartment development designed by George J. Miler, AIA. It was built in 1958 by Mr. Miller and Alfred Levitt, brother of William Levitt, the builder of Levittown. Le Havre was converted from luxury rental apartments to a co-op on September 12th, 1984.
For residents, LeHavre offers an on-site Management Office, a forty member maintenance staff, security kiosk with vehicle patrols from 4:00pm to 7:00am and year-round landscaping services.

LeCats on the Water
A non-profit 501(c)3 Charity consisting of a group of volunteers who
care for local feral cat colonies using trap-neuter-release (TNR) practices.
Nifty Fifty Club
All members who are of the age of 50 or older come to meet, mingle and celebrate
these years of their life together.
New Wave Club
A family oriented club in which members enjoy meeting with other families within the community for organized games,parties and meetings.
Knitting Club
Led by resident Ellen Posner, this group meets on Fridays in the Clubhouse to learn how to knit!
Bingo
Meets twice a month on Thursday's at LeClub.
Card & Game
Meets every Monday night at 6:45pm in LeClub to play your favorite card games!

Meets on Wednesday's in the aerobics room of the clubhouse from 10am-12pm
